At Vortex Parasols, we have developed a sophisticated 3D CAD system, run by highly experienced staff dedicated to the design and production of our Vortex parasols. We are continually striving for excellence and delivering a range of parasols and accessories that continue to exceed our customer expectations.

Our in-house facilities include TIG and MIG welding plants, a high precision lathe, milling, cutting, pressing and drilling equipment that enables us to precision engineer the frames and accessories. We also have an extensive array of finishing machinery, including rumblers, driers, tube polishers and an aqua blaster to help us achieve the high-quality finish that our customers have come to expect.

Our equipment has all been installed and set up specifically for production of the Vortex marine grade stainless steel frames. We pride ourselves in the quality of the workmanship and the finishes we achieve.

We benefit from being based in the south of England in the heart of an area renowned for production of precision parts for the aerospace industry. For our volume parts orders, we are fortunate to have direct access to some of the best suppliers in the world, where they can be produced more cost-effectively with high-tech automatic computer controlled machinery. This keeps production local and controllable, lead-times short and ensures that we can keep the Vortex parasols 100% British designed and British manufactured.
